Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner

Kelsey earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Quinnipiac University in 2018. Throughout her nursing career, she has worked in aesthetics, medical weight loss, and ocular and facial plastic surgery. She has performed advanced injectables and medical weight loss services for over five years.  

Kelsey is passionate about aesthetics and medical weight loss as she feels it empowers patients to move confidently in every aspect of their lives. Her goal is to enhance patients’ natural beauty and help them maintain their optimal health from the inside out. Kelsey has also lost over 75 pounds on her personal weight loss journey.

Known for her compassionate care and making her patients feel comfortable, Debbie assists her patients along a pathway to rediscover and regain the best version of themselves through her specialized laser expertise and other medical aesthetic services.

Yawen Cynthia Teng, DAc, LAc, Dipl OM

Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine Specialist

Cynthia is a Nationally Board Certified and licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York. She holds Doctoral and Master’s degrees in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences – New England School of Acupuncture. Her extensive clinical background includes internships at Boston Medical Center’s Pediatric Pain Center, the NESA Student Clinic, Mountainside Addiction Treatment Center, and the China Medical University Hospital in Taiwan.

Specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Neurological Disorders, Pain Management, PMS, Menopause, and Cancer Supportive Treatment, Cynthia also has advanced training and experience in auricular acupuncture and the NADA protocol for managing withdrawal symptoms associated with substance dependence disorder.

Cynthia is committed to providing the highest quality, individually tailored treatment by integrating Japanese and Chinese acupuncture techniques and various evidence-based modalities. Her gentle and compassionate treatment approach fosters deep connections with patients, particularly those new to acupuncture, helping alleviate any apprehensions they may have. Embracing the philosophy of interprofessional collaborative patient-centered care, Cynthia is dedicated to patient empowerment.

In addition to her clinical practice, Cynthia serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. In this role, she passionately advocates for the complementary treatment industry and shares her knowledge with the next generation of integrative health providers.

Andrea Gladwin

Licensed Esthetician

Andrea is a graduate of Galmar Academy and Branford Hall Career Institute. She is a Licensed Esthetician and a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been working in the industry for over 25 years as a skincare specialist. She started her career as a Cosmetic Esthetician and knew something was missing. She wanted to learn more about the anatomy and physiology aspects of the skin and how she can achieve the best results for her clients to feel more confident in their own skin. She has assisted in a wide array of successful medical procedures and surgeries. The patient’s gratification made her want to continue in medical aesthetics. She has worked with plastic surgeons on the Connecticut shoreline and in the spa industry. She has a strong passion for preventive care and wellness and strives for her clients to receive the best optimum results. Andrea believes in always learning and staying abreast of the latest technology and services to enhance the self-confidence of her clients.
