MedSpa Manager

Sandra Sokoloff joins the Privé-Swiss team as our new MedSpa Manager. In her new role, Sandra will oversee daily operations. Her 10-year medical aesthetic career track record encompasses leadership roles in spa and medspa operations, as well as extensive training and background as an esthetician. Sandra’s positive energy and calm, caring manner ensure that our guests receive the highest quality wellness experience.  We are thrilled to have her on the Team!

Kelsey Knotts, DNP, APRN

Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner

Kelsey earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Quinnipiac University in 2018. Throughout her nursing career, she has worked in aesthetics, medical weight loss, and ocular and facial plastic surgery. She has performed advanced injectables and medical weight loss services for over five years.  

Kelsey is passionate about aesthetics and medical weight loss as she feels it empowers patients to move confidently in every aspect of their lives. Her goal is to enhance patients’ natural beauty and help them maintain their optimal health from the inside out. Kelsey has also lost over 75 pounds on her personal weight loss journey.

Luanne Hespeler, MPAS, PA-C

Medical Aesthetics Physician Assistant

Luanne Hespeler has been a practicing Physician Assistant for 36 years. Her career journey has been filled with experiences and learning from surgery to Oncology. Voted “Best of the Best” as Dermatology provider in 2022 and 2023 as well as “Best of the Best” in Facial Cosmetics or Surgery in 2023 by the New London Day.



Over the years practicing as a dermatology and aesthetic medicine PA, Luanne has created a
“Soft & Subtle” signature style for facial rejuvenation. Fillers, neuromodulators, threads,
biostimulators, PRP, lasers, micro-needling, Ulthera are all a part of her skill set. Branding “Lips
by Luanne” and perfecting injection techniques facilitated her Prollenium training position. A highly sought-after injectables trainer, Luanne continues her love of learning and teaching working with students at an aesthetics training center. Known for her compassionate care and making her patients feel comfortable, Debbie assists her patients along a pathway to rediscover and regain the best version of themselves through her specialized laser expertise and other medical aesthetic services.

Andrea is a graduate of Galmar Academy and Branford Hall Career Institute. She is a Licensed Esthetician and a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been working in the industry for over 25 years as a skincare specialist. She started her career as a Cosmetic Esthetician and knew something was missing. She wanted to learn more about the anatomy and physiology aspects of the skin and how she can achieve the best results for her clients to feel more confident in their own skin. She has assisted in a wide array of successful medical procedures and surgeries. The patient’s gratification made her want to continue in medical aesthetics. She has worked with plastic surgeons on the Connecticut shoreline and in the spa industry. She has a strong passion for preventive care and wellness and strives for her clients to receive the best optimum results. Andrea believes in always learning and staying abreast of the latest technology and services to enhance the self-confidence of her clients.
