Luanne Hespeler has been a practicing Physician Assistant for almost 40 years. Her career journey has been filled with experiences and learning from surgery to Oncology. Consistently voted “Best of the Best” as Dermatology provider as well as “Best of the Best” in Facial Cosmetics or Surgery by the New London Day reader’s polls.

Over the years practicing as a dermatology and aesthetic medicine PA, Luanne has created a
“Soft & Subtle” signature style for facial rejuvenation. Fillers, neuromodulators, threads,
biostimulators, PRP, lasers, micro-needling, Ulthera are all a part of her skill set. Branding “Lips 
by Luanne” and perfecting injection techniques facilitated her Prollenium training position. A highly sought-after injectables trainer, Luanne continues her love of learning and teaching working with students at an aesthetics training center.

Sierra Boulem, APRN

Nurse Practitioner, Medical Aesthetics

Sierra Boulem, is a board-certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for helping clients feel confident and radiant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Quinnipiac University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Sacred Heart University.

Before transitioning into aesthetics, Sierra built a diverse nursing background working across multiple specialies, includin neurology-trauma, orthopedics, speciality surgery, and primary care. This well-rounded clinical experience informs her thoughtful, safety-first approach to aesthetic medicine.

For nearly four years, Sierra has specialized in medical aesthetcs, specifically neuromodulators, lasers, dermal fillers, microneedling, medical grade skin care, and more. She has found the perfect intersection of science, artistry, and patient care. She is deeply passionate about how aesthetics blends medicine and beauty, allowing for personalized treatments that enhance natural features while preserving authenticity.

Her approach is holistic and client-centered, focusing on the individual as a whole rather than a single treatment or concern. By developing customized aesthetic plans, she strives to help each client feel beautiful, confident, and empowered—from the inside out.

She is known for her expertise in facial rejuvenation — improving facial tightening, tone, and texture — and working with her patient to provide an exceptional aesthetics experience. Known for her compassionate care and making her patients feel comfortable, Debbie assists her patients along a pathway to rediscover and regain the best version of themselves through her specialized laser expertise and other medical aesthetic services.

Mariah Hanania, RN

Integrative Neuro-Longevity Nurse Specialist, Medical Aesthetics Nurse

We are excited to introduce Mariah, a registered nurse with a strong foundation in science, holistic wellness, and patient care. With a background in biochemistry on a pre-medical track, Mariah brings a deep understanding of the biological processes behind skin health, aging, and regeneration.

Prior to nursing, she spent five years working alongside a plastic surgeon, gaining invaluable insight into patient care, aesthetics, and the surgical world, while also providing HydraFacial treatments. This hands-on experience, combined with her long-standing passion for holistic health, integrative medicine, and aesthetics, ultimately inspired her to pursue nursing. She completed an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, earning her RN license and transitioning fully into medical aesthetics.

Mariah is currently training extensively in aesthetic injectables and bioregenerative treatments, while continuously expanding her expertise through ongoing education and certifications. She has a strong interest in wellness-based and bioregenerative therapies, including IV therapy, photobiomodulation (PBM), and Heart Math, allowing her to support patients from both a beauty and wellness perspective.

Known for her warm, attentive, and patient-centered approach, Mariah is deeply committed to education, safety, and individualized care. She believes true aesthetic results come from understanding the whole person – inside and out – and works closely with each patient to create thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty while supporting overall health and longevity.

Taylor Hartman, RN

Integrative Neuro-Longevity Nurse Specialist, Medical Aesthetics Nurse

Blending advanced clinical expertise with a highly personalized approach to wellness, Registered Nurse Taylor Hartman brings over a decade of nursing experience to every client interaction. Her clinical background spans high-acuity environments including intensive care, emergency medicine, and specialized vascular access, equipping her with exceptional precision, clinical judgment, and attention to detail.

Her role integrates neuroscience-based therapies, IV nutrient support, metabolic and longevity optimization, and select medical aesthetic treatments to support clients seeking cognitive enhancement, overall wellness, and natural aesthetic refinement.

With a Master’s degree in Nursing Education, Taylor places a strong emphasis on client education and informed decision-making. She is deeply committed to individualized care, guiding clients through treatments such as photobiomodulation, nervous system regulation and biofeedback training, IV infusions, injectable therapies, and recovery-focused wellness protocols, while prioritizing comfort, discretion, and clinical excellence in collaboration with an interdisciplinary medical and wellness team.

Taylor values building meaningful, long-term relationships with her clients and takes pride in creating a supportive, refined experience that enhances both inner wellness and outward confidence.

Andrea Gladwin

Licensed Esthetician

Andrea is a graduate of Galmar Academy and Branford Hall Career Institute. She is a Licensed Esthetician and a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been working in the industry for over 25 years as a skincare specialist. She started her career as a Cosmetic Esthetician and knew something was missing. She wanted to learn more about the anatomy and physiology aspects of the skin and how she can achieve the best results for her clients to feel more confident in their own skin. She has assisted in a wide array of successful medical procedures and surgeries. The patient’s gratification made her want to continue in medical aesthetics. She has worked with plastic surgeons on the Connecticut shoreline and in the spa industry. She has a strong passion for preventive care and wellness and strives for her clients to receive the best optimum results. Andrea believes in always learning and staying abreast of the latest technology and services to enhance the self-confidence of her clients.
