COVID-19 ARRIVAL PROCEDURES & OFFICE CHANGES

All patients are pre-screened with COVID-19 arrival procedures before entering our medical offices. Upon entering our medical offices, a team member will take your temperature and perform a COVID questionnaire screening. All scheduled appointments will be immediately escorted to their treatment room – we are not allowing patients to wait in the general gathering area.

We have implemented a Wait In Car process at our office to minimize exposure and provide the safest possible experience for patients and staff. Please call us upon your arrival to let us know you are here. No outside food or beverages allowed.

Your provider will meet you at the front door and sanitize your hands. Your temperature will be scanned and a series of screening questions will be asked. It is at the discretion of the provider to determine if you are healthy for treatment. You will be given a mask to wear at all times while in the office.

Our treatment rooms are thoroughly and meticulously disinfected before and after each client. All touchpoints including door handles, counters, pens, iPads, and any other surfaces are cleaned throughout each day.

Our check-out process has temporarily changed. After your treatment, you will remain in the treatment room and our patient coordinator will check you out in your room.

We ask that you please stay home if you have had any illness or fever in the last 14 days or have been around anyone that has had an illness or fever in the last 14 days. The Complete federal Centers for Disease Control guidance on COVID-19 is online.

Privé-Swiss MedSpa is following the CDC’s recommendations for preventing the spread of COVID-19. In addition to wiping down all door handles, surfaces, restrooms, chairs, beds, tables, and common areas throughout the day our staff will also be required to wash their hands well and use hand sanitizer to follow the best practices to protect the health and well being of themselves, their families, and the patients we serve.

All staff members will be wearing masks throughout the entirety of your medical treatment. In addition, each employee completes a series of screening questions and has their temperature taken prior to starting each work shift.

In addition to these steps, we are monitoring the latest updates and recommendations from the CDC and will be doing our part to stop the spread of this virus while maintaining a relaxing service in a beautiful atmosphere. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
